The Twilight Saga: New Moon
Nov. 22nd, 2009 05:04 pmTeam Jacob, anyone?!
Yes, I'm officially on Team Jacob. I didn't really care on the first movie though but New Moon changed it. I'm on his side on the movies but on Edward's side when it comes to the books. I appreciated his character on the books though, especially when it came to Breaking Dawn.
I just got back from the cinemas. Like I said in my previous entry, I got tickets already. When we got there, there were a lot of people. It was PACKED. They were lining up for tickets. I do hope some got tickets.
There showed no trailers of other movies at all. All were advertisements which is just weird. I think a lot of advertisers wanted to advertise in New Moon and there was just no time to show the trailers anymore. Oh, well.
I didn't realize that Sam Uley as a wolf is so big. He's like the size of a bear or something. It's amazing, y'know. The good thing about books turned into movies is that they show you what they really are but it's pretty good to use our own imaginations since I don't really like Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen and Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan. Some people have lots of lines when it came to the books, too and now, they got like, what, 2-3 lines? AND that sometimes, it doesn't give the book justice, y'know?
I'm still not warming up to both Kristen and Robert, but I got to warm up to Taylor, though. He's cool. Haha!
The thing I didn't like when watching the movie that someone in the back of us was making noises and reacting and my brothers were asking each other questions about the movie, so did my parents. Haha!
Other comments: Dakota Fanning looked great! Peter Facinelli, as always, was great in it although he needs more lines, so do Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed. Jackson Rathbone did a good job, actually. I have nothing against him. I need more of the wolf pack!
